Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of highly accurately adjusting an output frequency in a high modulation band and of adjusting changing timing of the output frequency, and further to provide an oscillator, an electronic apparatus and a movable body.SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit 12 oscillates an oscillation element (crystal oscillator 26) and generates an oscillation signal 124. The oscillation circuit includes; a communication section 222 for receiving frequency setting data for setting a frequency of the oscillation signal and frequency change data for applying timing for changing the frequency of the oscillation signal by serial transfer on the basis of the frequency setting data; and a register in which the frequency setting data and the frequency change data received by the communication section are stored. An address of the register in which the frequency setting data are stored is consecutive to an address of the register in which the frequency change data are stored. 【課題】出力周波数を高い変調帯域で高精度に調整でき、かつ出力周波数の変更のタイミングを調整可能な発振回路、発振器、電子機器および移動体を提供する。【解決手段】発振素子(水晶振動子26)を発振させて発振信号124を生成する発振回路12であって、前記発振信号の周波数を設定する周波数設定データと、前記周波数設定データに基づいて前記発振信号の周波数を変更するタイミングを与える周波数変更データと、をシリアル転送によって受け取る通信部222と、前記通信部が受け取った前記周波数設定データ、前記周波数変更データが記憶されるレジスターと、を含み、前記周波数設定データが記憶されるレジスターのアドレスと、前記周波数変更データが記憶されるレジスターのアドレスとが、連続している。【選択図】図1
