Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device that can avid wrong estimation of a temperature of a control target.SOLUTION: An ECU includes a thermistor and a microcontroller having a built-in storage cell. The microcontroller includes operation determination means, self-heating determination means, storage means and temperature estimation means for estimating an engine temperature from an ECU temperature. The operation determination means determines whether or not an engine is in a non-operating state. When a determination that the engine is in the non-operating state is made, the self-heating determination means determines whether or not the ECU is in a self-heating state (S110). When a determination that the ECU is in the self-heating state, the storage means stores self-heating information indicating that the ECU is in the self-heating state and a temperature before determination that is detected by the thermistor at start of the ECU immediately before the determination in the storage cell. When the self-heating information is stored in the storage cell (Yes in S130), the temperature estimation means estimates the engine temperature on the basis of the temperature before determination (S140). 【課題】 制御対象の温度の誤推定を回避することができる制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】 ECUは、サーミスタと、記憶素子内蔵のマイクロコントローラとを有する。マイクロコントローラは、ECU温度からエンジン温度を推定するため運転判定手段と自己発熱判定手段と記憶手段と温度推定手段とを有する。運転判定手段は、エンジンが非運転中か否かを判定する。自己発熱判定手段は、エンジンが非運転中であると判定された場合、ECUが自己発熱状態であるか否かを判定する(S110)。記憶手段は、ECUが自己発熱状態であると判定された場合、自己発熱状態であることを示す自己発熱情報と、当該判定直前のECU起動時にサーミスタが検出した判定前温度とを記憶素子に記憶させる。温度推定手段は、自己発熱情報が記憶素子に記憶されている場合(S130:Yes)判定前温度に基づきエンジン温度を推定する(S140)。【選択図】図3
