PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin sheet that facilitates bonding between a waterproof layer provided in a floor slab waterproof structure and an asphalt pavement in a low temperature environment, can suppress remaining air bubbles in the construction, and can prevent sticking in the storage and the conveyance, and also to provide a floor slab waterproof structure using the thermoplastic resin sheet and a construction method of the floor slab waterproof structure.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin sheet is disposed between an asphalt pavement and a waterproof layer, in a floor slab waterproof structure including a floor slab, the asphalt pavement and the waterproof layer disposed between the floor slab and the asphalt pavement. The thermoplastic resin sheet is structured by a thermoplastic resin composition in which a melting point and a melt flow rate are contained in an area surrounded by 40≤x<60 and 2.5x-90≤y≤400, in a graph in which x is a horizontal axis and y is a longitudinal axis, where a melting point is x [°C] and a melt flow rate is y [g/10 min], has air permeability in the thickness direction, and has emboss at least on one surface. 【課題】本発明は、床版防水構造に備えられる防水層とアスファルト舗装体との接着が低温環境においても容易であり、施工時における気泡の残留を抑制することができ、保管時および運搬時における貼り付きを防止することができる熱可塑性樹脂シートを提供することを課題とする。また、該熱可塑性樹脂シートを用いた床版防水構造、および該床版防水構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】床版と、アスファルト舗装体と、床版およびアスファルト舗装体の間に配置される防水層と、を備えた床版防水構造において、アスファルト舗装体および防水層の間に配設される熱可塑性樹脂シートであって、融点をｘ［℃］、メルトフローレートをｙ［ｇ／１０ｍｉｎ］としたとき、ｘを横軸、ｙを縦軸としたグラフにおいて、４０ ｘ＜６０、２．５ｘ−９０ ｙ ４００で囲まれる領域に融点およびメルトフローレートが含まれる熱可塑性樹脂組成物によって構成され、厚さ方向に通気性を有し、少なくとも一方の面にシボを有する、熱可塑性樹脂シートとする。【選択図】図１
