PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the occurrence of interference in an uplink in the case of addition of "UL Scell" in a state in which CA is performed by using Pcell and "DL Scell".SOLUTION: A mobile station UE relating to the present invention does not perform transmission of a signal using "UL Scell" for a predetermined period, even when "DL Scell" is in an active state, in the case of addition of the "UL Scell", in a state in which CA is performed by using Pcell and the "DL Scell". 【課題】Ｐｃｅｌｌ及び「ＤＬ Ｓｃｅｌｌ」を用いてＣＡが行われている状態で、「ＵＬ Ｓｃｅｌｌ」が追加されるケースにおいて、上りリンクにおける干渉の発生を回避する。【解決手段】本発明に係る移動局ＵＥは、Ｐｃｅｌｌ及び「ＤＬ Ｓｃｅｌｌ」を用いてＣＡが行われている状態で、「ＵＬ Ｓｃｅｌｌ」を追加した場合、かかる「ＤＬ Ｓｃｅｌｌがアクティブ状態であっても、所定期間、かかる「ＵＬ Ｓｃｅｌｌ」を用いた信号の送信を行わないように構成されている。【選択図】図３
