PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a moving route even if probe information is information on partial routes (fragmentary routes).SOLUTION: A moving route estimation system includes: an information acquisition unit that acquires probe information; a probe-information storage unit storing the acquired probe information; a route estimation unit that connects fragmentary routes on the basis of positional information and time information so as to estimate a moving route on which a mobile terminal that outputs the probe information moves, if the probe information is the position information on origin-destination that is an origin and a destination of each of the fragmentary routes and the time information on the position information, the fragmentary routes being at least two partial routes; and an output unit that outputs positional information on an origin and a destination of the estimated moving route, time information on the positional information, and route information including means of transportation. 【課題】プローブ情報が断片的な経路（断片経路）であっても、移動経路を推定する。【解決手段】移動経路推定システムは、プローブ情報を取得する情報取得部と、取得したプローブ情報を記憶するプローブ情報記憶部と、プローブ情報が少なくとも２つの断片的な経路（断片経路）の、断片経路の始点及び終点である始終点の位置情報とその時間情報であるとき、その位置情報と時間情報に基づいて、断片経路同士を結合して、プローブ情報を出力した携帯端末が移動した移動経路を推定する経路推定部と、推定した移動経路の始点と終点の位置情報、その時間情報、および交通手段を含む経路情報を出力する出力部とを有する。【選択図】図１
