Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance welding device, capable of automatically replacing a disk-like electrode, by replacing the disk-like electrode fixed to an electrode holder, by using a mechanical device.SOLUTION: Axially symmetrical noncircular cutouts 24 and 25 are provided by adjusting an axis to first and second disk-like electrodes 11 and 12, and are inserted in a specific angle position into these noncircular cutouts 24 and 25 so that the first and second disk-like electrodes 11 and 12 can be removed from first and second electrode holders 16 and 17, and first and second clamp members 26 and 27 for respectively pressing and fixing the first and second disk-like electrodes 11 and 12 to the first and second electrode holders 16 and 17 and first and second advancing means for respectively advancing first and second clamp members 26 and 27 are provided in first and second support mechanisms 14 and 15 at the other angle. 【課題】電極ホルダーに固定された円板状電極の取替えを機械装置を用いて行い、円板状電極の交換の自動化が可能な抵抗溶接装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1、第2の円板状電極11、12に軸心を合わせて軸対称の非円形切欠き24、25を設け、この非円形切欠き24、25に特定角度位置で挿通して第1、第2の円板状電極11、12を第1、第2の電極ホルダー16、17から取外し可能とし、他の角度では第1、第2の円板状電極11、12を第1、第2の電極ホルダー16、17にそれぞれ押し付けて固定する第1、第2のクランプ部材26、27と、第1、第2のクランプ部材26、27をそれぞれ進退する第1、第2の進退手段とを第1、第2の支持機構14、15に設けた。【選択図】図1
