PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder capable of mounting roll paper for cleanly absorbing urine and cutting the paper with one hand only by pressing the cut paper on a penile tip, in which a man soils the edge of a toilet bowl by scattered urine droplets and soils own underwear with remaining urine when shaking residual urine at the penile tip after standing urination.SOLUTION: A paper holder is characterized by: disposing a support girder (2) and a lid (3) on the upper part of a body frame (1) U-shaped in a plan view; setting up a cutter plate (4) on the lid (3); covering a protective cover (5) on the cutter plate (4), and bringing a tip piece (14) of a roll paper (B) mounted in the inside of the body frame (1) into a standby state on the upper part of the holder at all times. 【課題】男性は立ち小用後に、ペニス先端の残尿を振り落とす際、飛散した尿滴で便器の縁などを汚したり、振り残した尿で自らの下着を汚していた。そこで、カットしたペーパーをペニス先端に押し当てるだけで尿をキレイに吸収するロールペーパーを装着でき、且つペーパーのカットを片手でできるペーパーホルダーを提供する。【解決手段】平面視コの字状の本体枠（１）上部に、支持桁（２）と蓋（３）を配設し、その蓋（３）にカッター板（４）を立設し、そのカッター板（４）に防護カバー（５）を被装し、本体枠（１）内側に装着したロールペーパー（Ｂ）の先端片（１４）を、ホルダーの上部に常時待機する状態にしたことを特徴とするペーパーホルダー。【選択図】図１
