PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type information medium that is easily manufactured, inexpensive, and having excellent durability and flexibility, and to provide a non-contact type information medium-attached booklet obtained by sticking the medium and a booklet to each other.SOLUTION: In a non-contact type information medium, at least one of a cloth material and an outer packaging base material, an intermediate layer, an IC chip, an antenna coil connected with the IC chip, the another of the cloth material and the outer packaging base material are laminated in order. The intermediate layer is composed of a reaction type hot melt adhesive and has a recess having a depth corresponding to at least thicknesses of a part of the IC chip and the antenna coil.
