Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for associating customer attribute information with customer flow information.SOLUTION: A method of associating attribute information on a person who analyzes photographic information with flow information on a person who analyzes measuring information of a position measuring device, includes: a first step of calculating an estimation point e1 at which a person is present in a real space from a y coordinate value y1 of a center position of a face in an image at a time t1 included in an attribute having a specific attribute identifier; a second step of calculating an estimation point e2 at which a person is present in the real space from a y coordinate value y2 of a center position of a face of an image at a time t2 included in an attribute having a specific attribute identifier; and a third step calculating, as a score, a sum of a distance between a position and the estimation point e1 in the real space at the nearest time to the time t1 for every flow identifier in the flow information and a distance between a position and the estimation point e2 in the real space at the nearest time to the time t2 for every flow identifier in the flow information, and associating the flow identifier having the lowest score with a specific attribute identifier. 【課題】顧客の属性情報と動線情報とを対応付ける方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】撮影情報を分析した人物の属性情報と、位置測定装置の測定情報を分析した人物の動線情報とを対応付ける方法であって、特定の属性識別子を持つ属性に含まれる時刻t1における画像内の顔の中心位置のy座標値y1から実空間内で人物が存在する推定点e1を算出する第1のステップと特定の属性識別子を持つ属性に含まれる時刻t2における画像内の顔の中心位置のy座標値y2から実空間内で人物が存在する推定点e2を算出する第2のステップと、動線情報内の各動線識別子毎に時刻t1に最も近い時刻における実空間内の位置と推定点e1との間の距離と、動線情報内の各動線識別子毎に時刻t2に最も近い時刻における実空間内の位置と推定点e2との間の距離との和をスコアとし、スコアを最小とする動線識別子と特定の属性識別子とを対応付ける第3のステップとを備える。【選択図】図1
