PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure the height of a dynamic elevation such as a wave.SOLUTION: A dynamic elevation measuring apparatus includes: three-dimensionally light measuring means that has a field of view correctly facing a dynamic elevation of a measuring object, and acquires distance information of each section in the field of view; and elevation height measuring means that recognizes an elevation part from the distance information acquired by the three-dimensionally light measuring means, and measures the height of the elevation on the basis of the coordinates on a three-dimensional space of the recognized elevation part. 【課題】簡易に波等の動的な隆起の高さを測定する。【解決手段】測定対象の動的な隆起に正対した視野を有し、視野内の各部の距離情報を取得する３次元光測定手段と、前記３次元光測定手段により取得された距離情報から隆起部分を認識し、認識された隆起部分の３次元空間上の座標から隆起の高さを測定する隆起高測定手段とを備える。【選択図】図１
