Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device that can open/close a solenoid valve in a short time and stably operate without system resetting.SOLUTION: As an embodiment, there is provided a valve device including: a latch type solenoid valve which is supplied with electric power to open and close a flow passage; a driving capacitor which supplies a current to the latch type solenoid valve; a power supply part which is provided between the latch type solenoid valve and driving capacitor, and starts or stops supplying the electric power from the driving capacitor to the latch type solenoid valve; a control part which controls the power supply part; a first power source part which converts the voltage supplied from a power source to charge the driving capacitor; and a second power source part which converts the voltage supplied from the power source to drive the control part, the first power source part and second power source part being connected in parallel. 【課題】電磁弁を短時間で開/閉動作させ、且つシステムリセットせず安定して動作できるバルブ装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態によれば、通電により流路を開閉するラッチ式電磁弁と、前記ラッチ式電磁弁に電流を供給する駆動コンデンサと、前記ラッチ式電磁弁と前記駆動コンデンサとの間に設けられ、前記駆動コンデンサから前記ラッチ式電磁弁への通電を開始あるいは停止する通電部と、前記通電部を制御する制御部と、電源から供給される電圧を電圧変換して前記駆動コンデンサへ充電する第1電源部と、電源から供給される電圧を電圧変換して前記制御部を駆動する第2電源部と、を備え、前記第1電源部と前記第2電源部とが並列に接続されたことを特徴とするバルブ装置が提供される。【選択図】図3
