Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection pump including a delivery valve capable of being integrated as a unit or decomposed into component elements as needed.SOLUTION: In a fuel injection pump 100, a delivery valve 10 includes a cylindrical delivery holder 11, an annular sleeve 12 fitted to an inner periphery of the delivery holder 11, and a check valve 13 sliding in the annular sleeve 12. A groove 11a is formed on the inner periphery of the delivery holder 11 in the circumferential direction, a C-shaped retaining ring R1 is engaged with the groove 11a, and an inner diameter of the retaining ring R1 is smaller than an outer diameter of the annular sleeve 12. When the annular sleeve 12 is fitted to the inner periphery of the delivery holder 11, the annular sleeve 12 is inserted to the retaining ring R1, and the annular sleeve 12 is supported by the retaining ring R1 of which a diameter is expanded. 【課題】必要に応じて、ユニットとして一体化できる、或いは、部品単体に分解できるデリベリバルブを備える燃料噴射ポンプを提供する。【解決手段】燃料噴射ポンプ100であって、デリベリバルブ10は、筒状のデリベリホルダ11と、デリベリホルダ11の内周に嵌合される環状スリーブ12と、環状スリーブ12内を摺動する逆止弁13と、を備え、デリベリホルダ11の内周には、周方向に溝11aが形成され、溝11aには、C字形状の止め輪R1が係合され、止め輪R1の内径は、環状スリーブ12の外径よりも小さく形成され、デリベリホルダ11の内周に環状スリーブ12を嵌合するときには、止め輪R1に環状スリーブ12を挿入し、環状スリーブ12が拡径された止め輪R1によって支持される。【選択図】図2
