Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a structure which is obtained by integrally molding a thermoplastic resin and a member comprising metals or ceramics and is excellent in adhesiveness, electrolyte-resistant properties, and cold-heat impact resistance.SOLUTION: The method for producing the structure, which structure is obtained by integrally molding the thermoplastic resin and the member comprising metals or ceramics, comprises the steps of: preliminarily forming a B-staged or pre-gelled thermocurable resin adhesive layer on the entire surface of the member to be contacted with the thermoplastic resin; integrally molding the thermoplastic resin and the member by using a metal mold to be heated rapidly and cooled rapidly or a heat insulation metal mold; and curing a thermocurable resin adhesive in the B-staged or pre-gelled thermocurable resin adhesive layer.
【課題】 熱可塑性樹脂と金属又はセラミックスからなる部材とを一体に成形して得られる、密着性、耐電解液特性、冷熱衝撃性に優れた構造体を製造する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 熱可塑性樹脂と金属又はセラミックスからなる部材とを一体に成形して得られる構造体の製造方法であって、前記部材の前記熱可塑性樹脂と接する全面にBステージ化又はプレゲル化した熱硬化性樹脂接着剤層を予め形成した後、急加熱急冷却金型または断熱金型を用いて前記熱可塑性樹脂を前記部材と一体に成形するとともに前記熱硬化性樹脂接着剤を硬化させることを特徴とする構造体の製造方法。【選択図】 図1 |
