PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activator composition applicable to a variety of water pressure transfer films and from which superior throwing power of the transfer films can be obtained, and a method for manufacturing a decorative molding using the activator composition.SOLUTION: There are provided: an activator composition for water pressure transfer films which contains at least isophorone and in which (i) a content of isophorone is 30 mass% or more, a content of butyl carbitol acetate is 0 mass% to 70 mass%, and a total content of isophorone and butyl carbitol acetate is 55 mass% or more, or (ii) a content of isophorone is more than 0 mass% and less than 30 mass%, a content of butyl carbitol acetate is more than 45 mass% and less than 100 mass%, and a total content of isophorone and butyl carbitol acetate is 75 mass% or more; and a method for manufacturing a decorative molding using the activator composition. 【課題】様々な水圧転写フィルムに対応し、かつ該転写フィルムの優れた付きまわり性が得られる活性剤組成物、及びこれを用いた加飾成形品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】少なくともイソホロンを含み、（ｉ）イソホロンの含有量が３０質量％以上であり、ブチルカルビトールアセテートの含有量が０質量％以上７０質量％以下であり、かつイソホロン及びブチルカルビトールアセテートの合計含有量が５５質量％以上である、又は（ｉｉ）イソホロンの含有量が０質量％超３０質量％未満であり、ブチルカルビトールアセテートの含有量が４５質量％超１００質量％未満であり、かつイソホロン及びブチルカルビトールアセテートの合計含有量が７５質量％以上である水圧転写フィルム用活性剤組成物、及びこれを用いた加飾成形品の製造方法である。【選択図】図１
