Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining mechanism to be arranged in a limited space, and also to provide a bed including the reclining mechanism.SOLUTION: A reclining mechanism 23 is arranged in a bed 10 including: a bed body 13 having side surface parts in the circumference of a floor part 14; and support bases for supporting the bed body 13. A reclining frame body 37 is arranged in the floor part 14. The reclining mechanism includes: an actuator 24 having an actuation picket 26; a turning member 28 having a transmission part 29 to be connected to the actuation picket 26, a beam part 30 vertically connected to the transmission part 29, arm parts 31 arranged on both sides of the beam part 30, and first turning shaft parts 30a arranged on both ends of the beam part 30 in an axial direction; elevating members 33 having pressure parts 34 for holding bending parts 35 to pressurize the reclining frame body 37, rocking parts 36, and second turning shaft parts 35a arranged in the bending parts 35 and positioned to be higher than the first turning shaft parts 30a; and link members 32 where each one end side 32a is connected to the rocking part 36 and the other end side 32b is connected to the arm part 31. 【課題】限られたスペースに配置できるリクライニング機構及びこのリクライニング機構を備えたベッドを提供する。【解決手段】床部14の周囲に側面部が設けられたベッド本体13と、ベッド本体13が支持される支持台とを有するベッド10に設けられるリクライニング機構23であって、床部14にリクライニング枠体37が設けられ、作動杭26を有するアクチュエータ24と、作動杭26と連結される伝動部29と、伝動部29と垂直に結合された梁部30と、梁部30の両端に腕部31を有し、梁部30の軸方向の両端に第1回動軸部30aが設けられた回動部材28と、屈曲部31を挟み、リクライニング枠体37を押圧する押圧部34と、揺動部36とを有し、屈曲部35には、第1回動軸部30aより高位置に第2回動軸部35aが設けられた昇降部材33と、一端側32aが揺動部36と、他端側32bが腕部31と連結されたリンク部材32とを備える。【選択図】図7
