Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly efficient photoelectric conversion device by an easy method using an optical complex.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a photoelectric conversion device 11 comprises the steps of: preparing a raw material solution obtained by dissolving in an organic solvent a single source complex which contains a group 11 element, a group 13 element, an organic sulfur compound, and an organic selenium compound in one complex molecule; applying the raw material solution onto an electrode layer 2 to form a film M; and heating the film M in a first atmosphere containing a sulfur element, thereby making the film M into a group I-III-VI compound layer 3 containing as group 16 elements a selenium element and a sulfur element.
【課題】 光錯体を用いた容易な方法で高効率の光電変換装置を作製することを目的とする。【解決手段】 光電変換装置11の製造方法は、1つの錯体分子中に11族元素、13族元素、有機硫黄化合物および有機セレン化合物を含む単一源錯体を有機溶媒に溶解した原料溶液を準備する工程と、電極層2上に原料溶液を塗布して皮膜Mを作製する工程と、皮膜Mを硫黄元素を含む第1雰囲気で加熱することによって16族元素としてセレン元素および硫黄元素を含むI−III−VI族化合物層3にする工程とを具備する。【選択図】 図2 |
