When the first condition is transmitted from the server device 1, the control part 21 makes a display part 25 display a screen based on the first condition (second display control part 211), changes the first condition to a second condition in accordance with a user's operation from an operation part 24 (change part 215), and requests from the server device 1 date and time information showing date and time for satisfying the changed second condition (appointment request part 216). A control part 11 of the server device 1 retrieves an appointment list 125 with reference to required time information 122, resource information 123, and restriction information 124, and transmits the retrieved date and time information to the terminal 2 (notification part 116).
