Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset printing ink having high gloss and high color density, excellent in dryability and fouling resistance, and suppressing blanc residue and water rod twisting while satisfying basic performance as the offset printing ink, and printed matter manufactured by using the offset printing ink.SOLUTION: The invention is completed with a finding that gloss is largely improved by containing at least one kind of specific compound in a composition. In other words, there is provided an offset printing ink containing 1 to 20 wt.% of at least one kind of ester consisting of an acyclic saturated aliphatic triol having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and an acyclic aliphatic carboxylic acid having 2 to 18 carbon atoms and having the total number of 9 to 26 carbon atoms and the boiling point of 200 to 350°C at normal pressure (101.3 kPa).
【課題】本発明は、オフセット印刷インキとしての基本的な性能は満足させたうえで、高光沢で着色濃度が高く、乾燥性および汚れ耐性に優れ、ブラン残りや水棒からみが抑えられるオフセット印刷インキおよび当該オフセット印刷インキを用いて作製された印刷物を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】組成物中に、特定の化合物を少なくとも1種含有することにより、光沢が大幅に向上することを見出し、本発明を完成した。すなわち、炭素数が3〜8の非環式飽和脂肪族トリオールと、炭素数が2〜18の非環式脂肪族カルボン酸とからなり、炭素数の合計が9〜26で、沸点が常圧(101.3kPa)で200〜350℃であるエステルの少なくとも1種を、1〜20重量%含有することを特徴とするオフセット印刷インキ。【選択図】なし |
