Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical glass and an optical element capable of reducing surface roughness and clouding while having a desired high transmittance and high dispersion.SOLUTION: The optical glass comprises, with respect to the total mass of the glass in terms of an oxide composition represented by mass%, 5.0% or more and 40.0% or less of a POcomponent, 10.0% or more and 60.0% or less of a NbOcomponent, and 5.0% or more and 45.0% or less of a TiOcomponent, and contains a SbOcomponent by 1.0 mass% or less of an external percentage with respect to an oxide-basis mass of the glass. The optical element is obtained from the above optical glass as a base material.
【課題】所望の高透過率及び高分散を有しながらも、表面の凹凸及び曇りを低減することのできる光学ガラス及び光学素子を提供する。【解決手段】この光学ガラスは、酸化物換算組成のガラス全質量に対して、質量%でP2O5成分を5.0%以上40.0%以下、Nb2O5成分を10.0%以上60.0%以下、及びTiO2成分を5.0%以上45.0%以下含有し、酸化物基準の質量に対する外割りの質量%でSb2O3成分が1.0質量%以下である。また、光学素子は、この光学ガラスを母材とするものである。【選択図】なし |
