Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of hygiene caused when a kitchen knife cutting meat or fish is placed as it is in an appliance for temporarily placing the kitchen knife thereon during cooking, in which fat and blood of a blade plate stick to the temporarily placing appliance, and the dirt indirectly sticks to other foodstuffs whenever the kitchen knife is used, and there is such a risk that a finger unintentionally touches a tip and a blade edge when the kitchen knife is lifted and suffers a cut wound.SOLUTION: A kitchen knife temporary stand of the present invention is configured such that a handle base between a blade and a handle of a kitchen knife is fitted to a placing frame 5, and also is placed to a placing groove 3 provided on the top surface of a placing table 2 with a handle butt lower surface formed at the end of a base 1. Accordingly, the retention of the kitchen knife is enabled only at two places, and thereby a contact part between the temporarily placing appliance and the blade plate is eliminated, resulting in no adhesion of dirt of the kitchen knife, which is hygienic. Also, an attitude of placing the kitchen knife is flat and a space is made under a handle, so that it is easy to catch the handle. Also, a protective cover is set up at both ends of the base 1 positioned on the side surface of the placed blade plate, and thereby fingers are protected from the blade edge and the kitchen knife can be safely handled. 【課題】調理中に一時的に包丁を仮置きする器具において、肉や魚などを切った包丁をそのまま載置すると、仮置き器具に刃板の脂や血が付着してしまい、包丁を使用する度に他の食材にその汚れが間接的に付着してしまうといった衛生面の課題があった。また、包丁を持ち上げる際に意図せず切っ先や刃先に手指が触れて切創を負う危険がある。【解決手段】本発明は、包丁の刃と柄の間の柄元部を載置フレーム5に嵌入し、また、柄尻下面をベース1の端部に成形した載置台2の天面に設けた載置溝3に載置することで二箇所のみでの包丁の保持を可能とし、仮置き器具と刃板との接触部が無くなり包丁の汚れの付着が無く衛生的である。また、包丁の載置姿勢は水平で、柄の下に空間をもたせたことで柄が掴み易く、かつ載置した刃板の側面に位置するベース1両端に保護カバーを立設することで手指を刃先等から保護し、包丁を安全に取扱うことができる。【選択図】図1
