Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing shading occurring in a solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes: a plurality of pixels which each have a photoelectric conversion element and a transfer transistor and are arranged in an array; a drive circuit configured to supply control signals to the transfer transistors of the plurality of pixels; and a plurality of drive lines connecting the transfer transistors of the plurality of pixels and the drive circuit. The plurality of pixels include a first pixel and a second pixel connected to the same drive line. The distance from the drive circuit to the first pixel is longer than the distance from the drive circuit to the second pixel. The driving force of the transfer transistor of the first pixel is lower than the driving force of the transfer transistor of the second pixel.
