PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection member capable of preventing peeling and damage of solder etc., which results from vibrations, in a joint part joined to a substrate.SOLUTION: The connection member connects different substrates and includes: multiple conductive elastic members made of wires, the multiple elastic members, each of which has two contact parts which contact with the different substrates at end parts and an elastic part that is provided between the two contact parts and may expand and contract according to a force applied from the exterior of the connection member; and an insulative restraining member which holds parts of the respective elastic members and restrains movement of the respective elastic members.
