Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle composition comprising metal oxide particles surface-treated with a hydrophobicity-imparting agent, and a production method of the metal oxide particles.SOLUTION: The particle composition comprises metal oxide particles surface-treated with a first hydrophobicity imparting agent in a basic aqueous dispersion, in which the surface-treated metal oxide particles are hydrophobic, cause no primary aggregation, have a tap density of 75 g/L to 650 g/L, and contain substantially no free alkali metal cations. The first hydrophobicity-imparting agent is an alkoxysilane compound selected from the group consisting of a monoalkoxysilane compound, a dialkoxysilane compound and a trialkoxysilane compound. The surface-treated metal oxide particles are directly dried from the basic aqueous dispersion and are prepared in the form of a dry powder.
【課題】本発明は、疎水性付与剤で表面処理された金属酸化物粒子を含む粒子組成物、およびその金属酸化物粒子の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】粒子組成物は、塩基性水性分散体中で、第1の疎水性付与剤で表面処理された金属酸化物粒子を含む粒子組成物であり、その表面処理された金属酸化物粒子は、疎水性であり、一次凝集しておらず、タップ密度が75g/L〜650g/Lであり、かつ実質的に遊離アルカリ金属カチオンを含まず、ここで、第1の疎水性付与剤は、モノアルコキシシラン化合物、ジアルコキシシラン化合物およびトリアルコキシシラン化合物よりなる群から選ばれるアルコキシシラン化合物であり、そして表面処理された金属酸化物粒子は塩基性水性分散体から直接に乾燥され、乾燥粉末の形態を有する。【選択図】なし |
