PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection device that efficiently conveys dust to a dust collection chamber and restrains noise when removing dust.SOLUTION: A dust collection device comprises: a main body (1) including a suction port for sucking dust; an electric air blower (11) for generating a suction wind; a dust collection chamber (12) for storing dust sucked from the suction port; and an internal flow passage (16) consisting of a duct (14) extending toward the inside of the main body from the suction port (2) and a passage (15). The duct (14) has a cross-sectional area that gradually decreases toward the passage (15) on the inside of the main body from the suction port (2). Thereby, the dust collection device that efficiently conveys dust to the dust collection chamber (12) can be realized. 【課題】塵を効率良く集塵室に運び、かつ塵を除去する際の騒音を抑制する集塵装置を提供すること。【解決手段】集塵装置は、塵を吸引する吸引口を有する本体（１）と、吸引風を発生させる電動送風機（１１）と、吸引口から吸引する塵を収納する集塵室（１２）と、吸引口（２）から本体内方へと延在するダクト（１４）および通路（１５）からなる内部流路（１６）と、を有する。ダクト（１４）は、吸引口（２）から本体内方の通路（１５）へ向かって、断面積が徐々に小さくなる形状で構成される。これにより、塵を効率良く、集塵室（１２）に運ぶ集塵装置を実現できる。【選択図】図４
