Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-distortion compensation circuit that requires less memory for compensation data.SOLUTION: The pre-distortion compensation circuit includes: a first compensation section that has first compensation data which compensate for a nonlinearity of an input-output characteristic of a power amplification section at a reference temperature, and performs a compensation process on an input signal according to one of the first compensation data which corresponds to an output power detection value of the power amplification section; and a second compensation section that has second compensation data which compensate for a characteristic difference between a gain deviation characteristic of the input-output characteristic of the power amplification section at a non-reference temperature and a gain deviation characteristic at the reference temperature, and performs a compensation process on the input signal subjected to the compensation process in the first compensation section according to one of the second compensation data which corresponds to a temperature detection value of the power amplification section. 【課題】本発明は、補償用データに必要なメモリ量を低減可能な予歪補償回路を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】基準温度における電力増幅部の入出力特性の非線形性を補償する第1の補償用データを有し、第1の補償用データのうち電力増幅部の出力電力検出値に対応するデータに従って、入力信号に対し補償処理を行なう第1補償部と、基準温度以外における電力増幅部の入出力特性の利得偏差特性と基準温度における利得偏差特性との特性差を補償する第2の補償用データを有し、第2の補償データのうち電力増幅部の温度検出値に対応するデータに従って、第1補償部で補償処理された入力信号に対し、補償処理を行なう第2補償部とを備える。【選択図】 図2
