Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoelectric conversion element module capable of suppressing an output thereof when the photoelectric conversion element module and the vicinity thereof are heated by fire or the like.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element module includes: a solar battery cell 3 constituting a photoelectric conversion section; a light reception surface side supporting material (light transmitting substrate 1) and a light reception surface side sealing material 2a protecting the surface side of the solar battery cell 3; and a rear surface side protective member protecting the rear surface side of the solar battery cell 3. The photoelectric conversion element module also includes a heat sensitive layer 6 on the light reception surface side of the solar battery cell 3 or a surface of the light transmitting substrate 1, the heat sensitive layer being discolored by being heated, thereby decreasing the incident amount of light into the solar battery cell 3. Thus, when a photoelectric conversion element module and the vicinity thereof are heated by fire or the like, the output of the photoelectric conversion element module is suppressed, so that the occurrence of an electric shock accident due to water discharging or the like in the case of fire can be suppressed. 【課題】光電変換素子モジュールおよびその付近が火災等で加熱された時、出力を抑制可能な光電変換素子モジュールを得ること。【解決手段】光電変換部を構成する太陽電池セル3と、太陽電池セル3の表面側を保護する受光面側封止材2aおよび受光面側支持材(透光性基板1)と、太陽電池セル3の裏面側を保護する裏面側保護部材と、を有し、太陽電池セル3の受光面側または透光性基板1の表面に、加熱によって変色し、太陽電池セル3への光の入射量が低減するようになる感熱層6を備える。これにより、光電変換素子モジュールおよびその付近が火災等で加熱された時、光電変換素子モジュールの出力が抑制されているため、火災時の放水などによる感電事故の発生を抑えることができる。【選択図】図1
