Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation device capable of cooling each irradiation unit while suppressing upsizing.SOLUTION: In a light irradiation device 10 in which a plurality of irradiation units 13 with a channel are connected together in a line, pipes 65 and 66 ranging from one end 12a of a row of the irradiation units 13 to the other end 12b thereof are provided. In the pipes 65 and 66, an inflow port 65a or an outflow port 66a is formed at the one end 12a of the row of the irradiation units 13. The pipes 65 and 66 and the channel of each of the irradiation units 13 are connected together by an end connection 68. The end connection 68 is enlarged on the side of the other end 12b. 【課題】大型化を抑制しつつ各照射ユニットを冷却可能な光照射装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】流路を有する複数の照射ユニット13を列状に繋げた光照射装置10において、照射ユニット13の列の一端部12aから他端部12bに亘るパイプ65,66を設け、このパイプ65,66には、照射ユニット13の列の一端部12aに、流入口65a又は流出口66aを形成し、パイプ65,66と各照射ユニット13の流路とを接続口68によって接続し、接続口68を他端部12b側で大きくした構成とする。【選択図】図4
