Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user hoping for energy creation to receive an intended energy creation service without any initial investment and enable an energy creation service provider to expect sufficient benefits.SOLUTION: A turbine generator energy creation service providing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: installing a new turbine generator for a user who owns a power generation system including a turbine generator; determining, by a monitoring device, power generation efficiency of the new turbine generator; comparing, by an arithmetic device, the power generation efficiency of the new turbine generator determined by the monitoring device with power generation efficiency of a preset reference turbine generator; performing, by a processing device, a billing process for an excess of the power generation efficiency of the installed, new turbine generator over that of the reference turbine generator as a result of a comparison of the arithmetic device; and charging the user for a consideration in proportion to the excess of the power generation efficiency.
