Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a cancer cell with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: A first histogram acquisition part 11 acquires a first histogram of fluorescence intensity by using a measurement result of the number of cells which are subjected to cell nucleus dyeing. A second histogram acquisition part 12 acquires a second histogram which is normalized based on an intensity value of fluorescence indicating the maximum value of the first histogram. A determination part 14 determines presence/absence of cancer cells based on any one of the first histogram and the second histogram. An output part 15 outputs a determination result by the determination part 14.
