Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material which is based on a readily processable and impact resistant partially aromatic polyamide having a high melting point and which has high elongation at break and retains its advantageous mechanical properties even after relatively prolonged use at high temperature.SOLUTION: The molding material contains at least 40 mass% of a) 60 to 99 pts.mass of partially aromatic copolyamide based on hexamethylene diamine, terephthalic acid and aliphatic carboxylic acid having 8 to 19 carbon atoms and b) 40 to 1 pts.mass of an olefinic copolymer containing monomer units based on ethene, based on 1-alkene having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, based on aliphatic unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride and based on other olefin in some case, where the total of pts.mass of a) and b) is 100. The molding material is processed into a molded member having improved thermal aging resistance.
【課題】簡単に加工可能な、高融点、耐衝撃性の半芳香族ポリアミドをベースとする成形材料であって、高い破断伸びを有し、高温における比較的長期の使用後にも好適な機械的特性を保持する当該成形材料を提供する。【解決手段】a)ヘキサメチレンジアミン、テレフタル酸及び8〜19個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸をベースとするコポリアミド60〜99質量部並びにb)エテンをベースとする、4〜8個の炭素原子を有する1−アルケンをベースとする、脂肪族不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物をベースとする並びに場合により他のオレフィンをベースとするモノマー単位を含有するオレフィン系コポリマー40〜1質量部とを少なくとも40質量%で含有し、ここで、a)及びb)の質量部の合計は100である前記成形材料を加工して、改善された耐熱老化性を有する成形部材を得る。【選択図】なし |
