PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress confusion and dissatisfaction in a landing place for users of a destination floor reservation type elevator when the landing place is jammed up.SOLUTION: An elevator group management control device 1, which manages operation of a plurality of elevators on the basis of destination floors registered by users before getting on the elevators, comprises: congestion determining means 103 that determines whether the elevators are in a congested state or not; group creating means 106 that when the congested state is determined, groups the users according to the destination floors to be registered; group-waiting position associating means 108 that sets waiting positions for users belonging to the created group before elevators to get on are allocated to the groups; and waiting position notifying means 111 that notifies the users of the waiting positions. 【課題】混雑時において、行先階予約式エレベータの利用者の乗場における混乱や不満感を抑制する。【解決手段】利用者がエレベータに乗込む前に登録する行先階に基づいて複数台のエレベータの運行を管理するエレベータ群管理制御装置１が、エレベータが混雑状態であるか否かを判定する混雑判定手段１０３と、混雑状態であると判定されたら、登録される行先階に応じて利用者をグループ分けするグループ作成手段１０６と、作成されるグループに対して、乗車するエレベータが割り当てられる前に、グループに属する利用者の待機位置を設定するグループ−待機位置関連付け手段１０８と、利用者に対して待機位置を報知する待機位置報知手段１１１を備える。【選択図】図１
