PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent opening of a large hole in a place corresponding to a lower part of a back door, even if an inner panel and an outer panel for constituting a lower part of a door body are scattered upon the rear end collision of a vehicle.SOLUTION: Upper side and lower side holding members (79 and 92) are provided along respective adhesive parts (35) between an inner panel (7) and an outer panel (9) in both upper-lower edge parts of a lower part (3b) in an inside space (S) in the lower part (3b) of the door body (3), and the upper side holding member (79) is connected to a side reinforcement bracket (43) connected to a vehicle body (101), and the lower side holding member (92) is connected to a latch installing bracket (65) for engaging with a striker (109) fixed to the vehicle body (101), and a reinforcement sheet-like material (95) having stretchability is extended in the vertical direction in a state of expanding in the lateral direction by holding its both upper-lower edge parts by the upper side holding member ((79) and the lower side holding member (92). 【課題】車両の後面衝突時においてドア本体のロア部を構成するインナーパネル及びアウターパネルが飛散しても、バックドアのロア部に対応する箇所に大きな穴が開くことを防止する。【解決手段】ドア本体（3）のロア部（3b）における内部空間（S）に、ロア部（3b）の上下両縁部におけるインナーパネル（7）とアウターパネル（9）との各接着部（35）に沿わせて上側及び下側保持部材（79, 92）を設け、上側保持部材（79）を車体（101）に繋がるサイド補強ブラケット（43）に連結し、下側保持部材（92）を車体(101)に固定されたストライカ（109）と係合するラッチ取付ブラケット（65）に連結すると共に、延伸性を有する補強シート状物（95）を、その上下両縁部を上側保持部材（79）及び下側保持部材（92）に保持させることで左右方向に広げた状態で上下方向に掛け渡す。【選択図】図４
