PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure capable of reducing a load applied to a bolt which fastens a radiator to a fan shroud.SOLUTION: A cooling part structure includes: a radiator; a fan shroud 14 attached to the radiator; a protruding part 36 which is provided at an upper part of one of the radiator and the fan shroud 14 when viewed in a vehicle vertical direction and protrudes toward the other of the radiator and the fan shroud 14; and a support part 24 which is provided at the other of the radiator and the fan shroud 14 and supports the protruding part 36 in the vehicle vertical direction facing the protruding part 36. 【課題】ラジエータとファンシュラウドとを締結するボルトへの負荷を低減できる冷却構造を提供する。【解決手段】ラジエータと、ラジエータに取り付けられるファンシュラウド１４と、ラジエータ及びファンシュラウド１４の何れか一方の車両上下方向の上部に設けられ、ラジエータ及びファンシュラウド１４の何れか他方側へ突出する突出部３６と、ラジエータ及びファンシュラウド１４の何れか他方に設けられ、突出部３６と対向して突出部３６を車両上下方向で支持する支持部２４と、を有する。【選択図】図４
