Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide use of fine bubbles for culture of organochlorine decomposing bacteria, and a nano-bubble liquid suitable for culture of microorganisms.SOLUTION: A microorganism culture medium is a medium prepared using a nano-bubble liquid. More specifically, it is prepared using a nano-bubble liquid containing 10×10/mL or more of nano-bubbles having a particle diameter of 400 nm or less, where the mode of nano-bubble particle diameter is 50 nm to 100 nm. This allows microorganisms to be cultured at a high density for a short period.
【課題】有機塩素系分解菌の培養に微細気泡を利用すること、および微生物の培養に適したナノバブル液体を提供すること。【解決手段】ナノバブル液体を用いて調製した培地である微生物培養培地とした。より詳しくは、粒径が400nm以下のナノバブルを10?108個/mL以上含有し、ナノバブルの粒径の最頻値が50nm〜100nmであるナノバブル液体を用いて調製した。これにより、微生物を短期間に高密度に培養することができる。【選択図】図1 |
