Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored curable composition containing a dye polymer, from which a cured film can be formed with excellent color purity, light fastness, heat resistance and solvent resistance, little color migration, and favorable pattern formability.SOLUTION: The colored curable composition comprises (a) a dye polymer including a xanthene skeleton as a partial structure of a dye moiety and having a weight average molecular weight ranging from 5000 to 30000, (b) a polymerizable compound, (c) a photopolymerization initiator, and (d) an organic solvent. The xanthene skeleton is a dye skeleton derived from xanthene expressed by general formula (M) below. In general formula (M), R, R, Rand Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent; Reach independently represents a monovalent substituent; and m represents an integer from 0 to 5. 【課題】色純度、耐光性、耐熱性、耐溶剤性に優れ、色移りが少なく、パターン成形性の良好な硬化膜を形成し得る色素多量体を含む着色硬化性組成物を提供する。【解決手段】(a)キサンテン骨格を色素部位の部分構造として含み、かつ、重量平均分子量が5000〜30000の範囲である色素多量体、(b)重合性化合物、(c)光重合開始剤、及び、(d)有機溶剤を含有し、前記キサンテン骨格が、下記一般式(M)で表されるキサンテン化合物由来の色素骨格である着色硬化性組成物。〔一般式(M)中、R1、R2、R3、およびR4は各々独立に水素原子又は1価の置換基を表し、R5は各々独立に1価の置換基を表し、mは0から5の整数を表す。〕【選択図】なし
