A reflection factor of the first layer is half or less of that of the second layer. 【課題】ジャンパ線における反射率の低減と抵抗値の低減を図る。【解決手段】Ｘ電極とＹ電極が交差する交差部において、隣り合う電極の透明電極を立体的に接続する前記ジャンパ線が、透明電極に接続する第一の金属酸化膜からなる第一層と、第一層に積層され第二の金属膜からなる第二層とを有し、第一層の反射率が第二層の半分以下である。【選択図】図３
