Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor having improved sensitivity.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 100 comprises: an infrared ray absorption membrane 20 for absorbing an infrared ray emitted from a heat source and for evolution of heat; a temperature transducer 10 for detecting a heat amount of the infrared ray absorption membrane 20 and for outputting an electric signal corresponding to temperature of the heat source; and lead patterns 31, 32 for transmitting the heat amount distributed on the infrared ray absorption membrane 20 to the temperature transducer 10 and for outputting the electric signal to outside. The lead patterns 31, 32 have a part whose thickness is different from other parts respectively, and the parts whose thickness is thicker than that of other parts of the lead patterns 31, 32 are disposed in positions where are closer to the temperature transducer 10 than parts whose thickness is thinner.
【課題】感度を向上させた温度センサを提供すること。【解決手段】温度センサ100は、熱源から輻射される赤外線を吸収して発熱する赤外線吸収膜20と、赤外線吸収膜20の熱量を検知することにより熱源の温度に対応した電気信号を出力する感温素子10と、赤外線吸収膜20に分布する熱量を感熱素子10に伝熱するとともに電気信号を外部に出力するリードパターン31,32と、を備え、リードパターン31,32は、厚みの異なる部分を有し、リードパターン31,32の厚みの厚い部分がリードパターン31,32の厚みの薄い部分より感温素子10に近接する位置に配置されている【選択図】図1 |
