Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sinter raw material capable of surely preventing evils of AlOcontained in a steel slag during manufacturing a sinter by using the steel slag for a part of a sintering raw material.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a sintering raw material for preparing granulated particles by dividing a raw material of sinter for a blast furnace into a steel slag and a raw material other than the steel slag and granulating each separately, wherein evils of AlOis sealed in an inside of the granulated particles of the steel slag by forming a coating layer of fine powder magnet on a surface of the granulated particles preferably with a thickness of 1.2 mm or more after granulating the steel slag. 【課題】焼結原料の一部に製鋼スラグを用いて焼結鉱を製造する際、製鋼スラグ中に含まれるA12O3の弊害を確実に抑制することができる焼結原料の製造方法を提案する。【解決手段】高炉用焼結鉱の原料を、製鋼スラグと製鋼スラグ以外の原料とに分け、それぞれを別々に造粒して造粒粒子とする焼結原料の製造方法において、上記製鋼スラグを造粒した後、該造粒粒子の表面に微粉鉱石の被覆層を、好ましくは1.2mm以上の厚さで形成することでA12O3の弊害を製鋼スラグの造粒粒子の内部に封じ込める焼結原料の製造方法。【選択図】図4
