PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition comprising polysiloxane quats.SOLUTION: The present invention provides: a curable coating composition comprising at least one linear or cyclic polysiloxane containing at least one quaternary ammonium group; a method for producing the aforesaid coating composition; and a method for producing a coating with the curable coating composition.
