In the surgical instrument 11, at least the bent part 11a is formed of a shape memory alloy. 【課題】コストを低減すること、事前カンファレンスでの手術用器具の選定作業および手術の準備を容易にすること、手術の効率の低下を抑制すること、および、手術中に手術現場で最適形状を得ることが可能な手術用器具を提供する。【解決手段】手術用器具１１は、手術中に体内に挿入されるとともに屈曲している屈曲部１１ａをその端部に備えている。この手術用器具１１では、少なくとも屈曲部１１ａは、形状記憶合金で形成されている。【選択図】図５
