Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contraction model determination device capable of determining a contraction model that can generate a fluctuation waveform at different accidents with accuracy.SOLUTION: A short circuit capacity parameter setting part 111 and a phase angle parameter setting part 113 sequentially set a parameter for determining a short circuit capacity and a phase angle of a power system model, for each power system model having a different parameter. A difference calculation part 112, for each accident case, calculates a pseudo interconnection line fluctuation waveform that is a fluctuation waveform in an interconnection line connecting between the power system model and a first power system, by using the set parameter, and calculates a difference between an interconnection line fluctuation waveform that is a fluctuation waveform in the interconnection line connecting between the first power system and the second power system, and the pseudo interconnection line fluctuation waveform, and adds the calculated differences for the respective accident cases. A selection part 114 and a contraction model determination part 130 determines the power system model having such a parameter that the addition result becomes the minimum as a contraction model for the second power system. 【課題】異なる事故における動揺波形を精度良く生成することができる縮約モデルを決定する縮約モデル決定装置を提供する。【解決手段】短絡容量パラメータ設定部111及び位相角パラメータ設定部113は、電力系統モデルの短絡容量及び位相角を決定するパラメータを、パラメータが異なる前記電力系統モデル毎に順次設定していく。差分算出部112は、事故ケース毎に、設定されたパラメータを用いて前記電力系統モデルと第1電力系統とを接続する連系線における動揺波形である擬似連系線動揺波形を求め、前記第1電力系統と第2電力系統とを接続する連系線における動揺波形である連系線動揺波形と前記擬似連系線動揺波形の差分を求め、求めた事故ケース毎の差分を加算する。選択部114及び縮約モデル決定部130は、加算結果が最小となる前記パラメータを有する電力系統モデルを前記第2電力系統の縮約モデルとして決定する。【選択図】図2
