Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-accurate utilization restriction to an equipment mounting function.SOLUTION: An authentication management device manages an upper limit value that is set to a user, and a total utilization amount of the user accumulated depending on utilization of functions of an image processing device, and manages an image processing device in a log-in state and a user who logs in the image processing device on the basis of a user authentication result. In the authentication management device, the total utilization amount of the user who logs in the image processing device is accumulated depending on utilization of functions of the image processing device, and notification that the total utilization amount exceeds an upper limit value that is set to the user is received from the image processing device. The authentication management device transmits a processing execution command for requesting execution of processing depending on the excess of the upper limit value, to the other image processing device in which the user who logs in the image processing device that transmitted the notification logs, among the image processing devices that are in the log-in state when the notification is received. 【課題】機器搭載機能に対して高精度な利用制限が行えることを課題とする。【解決手段】認証管理装置は、ユーザに対して設定される上限値、及び、画像処理装置の機能の利用に応じて累積するユーザの合計利用量と、ユーザ認証の結果に基づきログイン状態にある画像処理装置、及び、画像処理装置にログインしているユーザとを管理する。認証管理装置は、画像処理装置にログインしているユーザの合計利用量が、画像処理装置における機能の利用に応じて累積され、ユーザに対して設定された上限値を超過した旨の通知を、画像処理装置から受信する。認証管理装置は、通知を受信したときにログイン状態にある画像処理装置のうち、通知を送信した画像処理装置にログインしているユーザがログインしている他の画像処理装置に対して、上限値の超過に応じた処理の実行を要求する処理実行命令を送信する。【選択図】図９
