Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive capable of being used for adhesion at low temperatures suitable for the connection between an electrode of a solar battery cell and a tab wire, and also capable of achieving high electrical connection reliability and maintaining the connection reliability for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A conductive adhesive 20 for electrically connecting a solar battery cell 2, an electrode 11 and a tab wire 3 includes a hardening component, a hardener, a conductive particle, a hardening accelerator and an organic acid. The hardener includes an acid anhydride, the conductive particle includes a solder particle and silver-coated copper powder, and the solder particle has a melting point of 80-140°C.
【課題】太陽電池セルの電極とタブ線との接続に適した低温での接着が可能であり、かつ、高い電気的接続信頼性及び該接続信頼性の長期保持が可能な導電性接着剤を提供する。【解決手段】太陽電池セル2と電極11とタブ線3とを電気的に接続させる導電性接着剤20は、硬化成分、硬化剤、導電性粒子、硬化促進剤、及び有機酸を含み、前記硬化剤が酸無水物を含み、前記導電性粒子がハンダ粒子及び銀コート銅粉を含み、前記ハンダ粒子の融点が80℃〜140℃である、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2 |
