Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated solid battery including an internal collector layer capable of suppressing expression of ionic conductivity due to diffusion of element occurring during integral calcination.SOLUTION: A laminated solid battery 10 includes a (single cell 1) and (single cell 2), and an internal collector layer 4 arranged to be interposed between the (single cell 1) and (single cell 2). The (single cell 1) and (single cell 2) are constituted, respectively, of a positive electrode layer 1, a solid electrolyte layer 3, and a negative electrode layer 2 laminated in order. The internal collector layer 4 has one side face in contact with the positive electrode layer 1 of the (single cell 2), and the other side face in contact with the negative electrode layer 2 of the (single cell 1). Furthermore, the internal collector layer 4 contains an insulating glass material in electronic conduction and ionic conduction, and an electronic conduction material.
【課題】一体焼成時に生じる元素の拡散によるイオン伝導性の発現を抑制することが可能な内部集電層を備えた積層型固体電池を提供する。【解決手段】積層型固体電池10は、(単電池1)と(単電池2)と、(単電池1)と(単電池2)の間に介在するように配置された内部集電層4とを備える。(単電池1)と(単電池2)は、各々が順に積み重ねられた正極層1、固体電解質層3および負極層2から構成される。内部集電層4は、(単電池2)の正極層1に接触する一方側面と、(単電池1)の負極層2に接触する他方側面とを有する。また、内部集電層4は、電子伝導的にかつイオン伝導的に絶縁性のガラス材料と、電子伝導材料とを含む。【選択図】図1 |
