Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug dosage form for prevention of abuse, having a desirable drug release rate.SOLUTION: A formulation forms a network structure within the formulation and forms an outer surface when contacting water, comprising a drug, a high viscous liquid carrier material, and a network-former, and optionally a rheology regulator. The formulation contains, for examples, oxycodone as a drug, isobutyric acid acetic acid sucrose as a high viscous liquid carrier material, cellulose acetate butyrate as a network-former, isopropyl myristate as a rheology regulator, and ethyl lactate as a solvent.
【課題】望ましい薬物放出速度有し、また濫用を防止の為の薬物剤形の提供。【解決手段】薬物、高粘性液体担体材料、網目形成成分を含んでなり、さらに任意でレオロジー調整剤を含む、水と接触した時に製剤内部に網目構造を形成し外面を形成する製剤。具体例は、薬剤としてオキシコドン、高粘性液体担体材料としてイソ酪酸酢酸スクロース、網目形成成分として酢酸酪酸セルロース、レオロジー調整剤としてミリスチン酸イソプロピル、および溶媒として乳酸エチルを含有する製剤である。【選択図】なし |
