Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of crosstalk between optical channels in a wavelength division multiplex transmission system.SOLUTION: An optical fiber transmission system, using a carrier wave phase synchronization in the wavelength division multiplex transmission system, includes: a plurality of optical transmitters 1; a multiplexer, having the plurality of optical transmitters 1 connected to the input side, for multiplexing in a state of carrier phase synchronization; an optical fiber 3 for transmitting a wavelength-division-multiplexed carrier wave multiplexed by the multiplexer; an amplifier repeater 4 connected in the middle of the optical fiber 3 to amplify the wavelength-division-multiplexed carrier wave; and an optical receiver 6 connected to the terminal side of the optical fiber 3. The amplifier repeater 4 is a phase-sensitive optical amplifier repeater, and performs optical phase adjustment on the basis of each relay amplification section. 【課題】波長分割多重伝送系において光チャネル間クロストークの発生を抑圧する。【解決手段】波長分割多重伝送系において搬送波位相同期を用いた光ファイバ伝送システムであって、複数の光送信器1と、複数の光送信器1を入力側に接続して、搬送波位相同期させた状態にて多重化を行う多重化器と、多重化器の出力側に接続され、該多重化器で多重化された波長分割多重搬送波を伝送するための光ファイバ3と、光ファイバ3の中間に接続され、波長分割多重搬送波の増幅を行うための増幅中継器4と、光ファイバ3の終端側に接続される光受信器6とを備える。増幅中継器4は、位相感応型の光増幅中継器であり、中継増幅区間毎に光位相調整を行う。【選択図】図1
