Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a hybrid power system promptly and to operate it stably.SOLUTION: In a controller 90 of a hybrid power system 1 generating power by performing coordination operation combining SOFC 10 and MGT 50, the hybrid power system 1 includes an exhaust fuel gas supply line 27c for supplying exhaust fuel gas from the SOFC 10 to the combustor 52 of the MGT 50, a recirculation line 27b branched from the exhaust fuel gas supply line 27c and distributing the exhaust fuel gas to the SOFC 10, and a flow regulation valve 30 provided on the path of the exhaust fuel gas supply line 27c. The gain for the opening of the flow regulation valve 30 is adjusted depending on the coordination operation state of the SOFC 10 and MGT 50. 【課題】複合発電システムを速やかに起動させ、かつ、安定運転をさせること。【解決手段】SOFC10とMGT50とを組み合わせた連携運転を行って発電する複合発電システム1の制御装置90であって、複合発電システム1は、SOFC10からMGT50の燃焼器52に排燃料ガスを供給する排燃料ガス供給ライン27cと、排燃料ガス供給ライン27cから分岐してSOFC10に排燃料ガスを流通させる再循環ライン27bと、排燃料ガス供給ライン27cの経路上に設けられる流量調整弁30とを具備し、SOFC10とMGT50との連携運転状態に応じて、流量調整弁30の開度に対するゲインを調整する。【選択図】図1
