Part of the adhesive seal member 26 of one of the adjacent fuel battery cells 2 is in contact with the separator 12a of the other fuel battery cell 2. 【課題】車両衝突時の燃料電池セル2間ずれを抑制しつつ、燃料電池セル2ごとの分解再組立てが容易となる燃料電池1を提供すること。【解決手段】燃料電池セル2を複数積層してなる燃料電池1であって、一対のセパレータ12a、12b間周縁部に配置された接着性を有する接着シール部材26と、燃料電池セル2の間に配置され、燃料電池セル2のセパレータ12aと当接する面が非接着性とされたガスケット13とを備え、隣接する燃料電池セル2の一方の燃料電池セル2における接着シール部材26の一部が他方の燃料電池セル2のセパレータ12aに接触していることを特徴とする。【選択図】図4
