Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a change of an air reaction force when a brake control device is brought into a full-load state without lowering output hydraulic pressure to a pedal operation by a simple structure.SOLUTION: When a drive force of a drive motor 21 reaches a maximum drive force, even if a brake pedal 5 is largely pedaled in at a stop of a vehicle, valve-close commands are outputted to pressure-increase control valves 40, 40' at FL, FR (front wheels 1L, 1R) sides of an ESC 31 from a second ECU 33. By this constitution, hydraulic pressure which is outputted to each wheel side from a master cylinder 8 via the ESC 31 is not supplied to wheel cylinders 3L, 3R at sides of the front wheels 1L, 1R, and supplied to only wheel cylinders 4L, 4R at sides of rear wheels 2L, 2R. A change of hydraulic pressure rigidity at sides of the wheel cylinders 3L, 3R and 4L, 4R is performed by stopping the supply of brake fluids to the wheel cylinder 3L, 3R. 【課題】 ブレーキ制御装置を単純な構造で、ペダル操作に対する出力液圧を低下させることなく、全負荷状態となるときの反力変化を抑制できるようにする。【解決手段】 車両の停車時にブレーキペダル5を大きく踏込み操作した場合でも、駆動モータ21の駆動力が最大駆動力となったときには、第2のECU33からESC31のFL,FR(前輪1L,1R)側の増圧制御弁40,40′に閉弁指令を出力する。これにより、マスタシリンダ8からESC31を通じて各車輪側に向けた液圧は、前輪1L,1R側のホイールシリンダ3L,3Rに供給されず、後輪2L,2R側のホイールシリンダ4L,4Rだけに供給される。ホイールシリンダ3L,3R,4L,4R側の液圧剛性の変化は、前記ホイールシリンダ3L,3Rへのブレーキ液供給を停止することにより行われる。【選択図】 図1
