Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that vibration intensifies due to positional relationship between unbalance of a centrifugal fan and unbalance of an armature core.SOLUTION: An electric blower 10 has a motor unit 20 and a centrifugal fan 16. The motor unit 20 is disposed in a cylindrical bracket 12 which is closed at one side and opened at the other side, and the centrifugal fan 16 is disposed in a fan case 15. The motor unit 20 is configured to contain a stator 30 as a field magnet and a rotor 40 as an armature. The stator 30 is formed by winding a field coil 32 around a field core 31 having a rectangular cylindrical shape, and the thus-formed stator 30 is fixed inside the bracket 12. The rotor 40 is configured to contain an armature core 41, an armature coil 42, a rotating shaft 43 and a commutator 45. The armature coil 42 is wound around the armature core 41, and the rotating shaft 43 is coupled to the armature core 41 so as to penetrate through the center of the armature core 41. 【課題】遠心ファンのアンバランスと電機子コアのアンバランスの位置関係により、振動が大きくなること。【解決手段】電動送風機10は、一方が閉塞しその反対方向が開口した円筒状のブラケット12内に、モータ部20とファンケース15内に遠心ファン16を設けた構成である。モータ部20は、界磁であるステータ30と、電機子であるロータ40とを含み構成されている。ステータ30は、方形筒状を呈する界磁コア31に界磁巻線32を巻回している。このようなステータ30がブラケット12の内側に固定されている。ロータ40は、電機子コア41と電機子巻線42と回転軸43と整流子45とを含み構成されている。電機子コア41には、電機子巻線42が巻回されており、電機子コア41の中心を貫通するように回転軸43が結合されている。【選択図】図1
